Pack News & Events Pack Meetings 2010-2011
All Pack Meetings are held on Fridays at Central Congregational Church in Chelmsford, MA at 7:00pm unless otherwise noted.

NEW SCOUTS are always welcome! Come check out the Pack at one of the Pack Meetings! Parents, see below about dues, etc.

More information will be posted about these events as we get closer to the dates.

Hike at Great Brook Farm State Park
Sunday, June 27, 2010, at 9:00am in Carlisle. Meet at the rocks by the pond for a 1-hour hike. Bring your Park Passport to get a stamp and your first aid kit from the May Pack meeting. Also, bring money if you want to visit the ice cream stand! There is a $2 fee for parking.

Independence Day Parade & Pack Picnic
Monday, July 5, 2010, 10:00am. This summer's theme is "2010: A Cub Odyssey". Each den will make an outer-space decoration to attach to our float.

Our end-of-year picnic will be right after the parade. Thanks to the Butlers for hosting this fun event! The Pack will provide hotdogs, hamburgers, and ice cream bars. Each den has been asked to contribute (den leaders, please coordinate with your den to ensure a variety):
Tigers - fruit
Wolves - chips & snacks
Bears - salads
Webelos - drinks
Please let Lee know how many will be attending the picnic, so we'll know how much food to buy.

Cub Scout Camp
August 16-20, 2010. See yccbsa.org/camps/gldaycamp.htm for details, registration and health forms. Please bring CORI forms for parent volunteers and health forms for all scouts and parent volunteers to Phil no later than Thursday, June 17.

Lowell Spinners Overnight
August 21-22, 2010. Tickets were delivered at the June pack meeting.

Pack Calendar Pack Commitee Meeting Schedule
Parents and Den Leaders:

Pack Committee Meetings are where important Pack planning takes place and issues are discussed. One representative from each den needs to be present at this meeting to pass along information to the dens. As always, parents are welcome to attend.

All meetings are held in the Central Congregational Church hall and start at 7:30pm. They usually last till 8:30 or 9pm. The upcoming Pack Committee meetings are:

Pack News & Events For Parents - Dues Information
Note to Parents:

Please bring your checkbook to the Pack Meetings. During the Pack Meetings we will have sign-ups for the upcoming events and we'll often need to place deposits to secure our group events.

DUES for 2009 - 2010 have NOT gone up!
Dues are $45 for the year for one scout, $77 for two, and $100 for three. Got more than 3 of cub-scout age? Consult your doctor.

Please get dues into Phil or the treasurer as early in the fall as possible. This allows us to place deposits on trips! Make checks payable to Pack 45.
