May 11-12. Check-in time is 3:00-6:00pm on Friday. Leave right after school to avoid heavy traffic. The attached documents have directions, schedule, and more information about the overnight. Monday, May 28, 9:30 a.m. This year's parade should be in the Chelmsford center, starting at 10:00am and ending in the center with a short Memorial Day ceremony. We need to verify the meeting spot due to the construction in the area. Scouts should be in full uniform. Please be aware that we cannot throw or hand out candy. The parade is for the remembrance of servicemen that died defending our country, and this is a fitting time to educate our boys.

June 22-June 24. This is a big council event with lots of activities and fireworks. A day pass for Saturday, June 23, is available for $25 with a $10 gift card that can be used towards the pass or for food. Webelos that want to camp with Troop 81, please contact Phil by May 9. Wednesday, July 4. Meet at McCarthy Middle School and end at the town common. The theme for our parade float is "Passport to Cub World." We'll need plenty of parent helpers to build the float before the parade and break it down afterwards.

West Wind Cub Scout Day Camp, August 20-24, Camp Paul, Chelmsford. This year's theme is "Passport to Cub World." The fee is $195 before May 4; $230 after May 4; or $275 after August 3. See details and forms here. You only need parts A & B of the medical forms, plus a copy of immunizations. This applies to everyone that attends: cub scouts, sibling volunteers, tot-lot, and adult volunteers. Like last year, Lee will collect the medical forms between now and the June pack meeting for the entire pack and deliver them directly to the camp staff nurse.

August 25-26. We are now sold out. All payment is due by April 13 at the pack meeting: $30 for the overnight or $5 for just the game. The overnight includes dinner, breakfast, and a patch. Pitch your tent on the outfield after the game and watch a movie on the big screen.
